| We do not share your details with any other company and carry out all of our services in house. |

| How do I check my order status? |
| We will email you when you order is being processed and when it is despatched. |

| Yes, V.A.T is already included in the cost of the cards and gifts. |

| Can I have a handwritten message in my greeting card? |
| Yes, if you choose this option we will handwrite your message for you. |

| Will you send my greeting card direct to the recipient? |
| Yes, if you choose that option and give us the name and address of the recipient. Please note that if you want to order more than one handwritten card at the same time, you will need to purchase each one individually. |

| Can I buy blank cards and have them sent back to me? |
| Yes, you can choose to have your card(s) sent directly to you for you to write your own message. |

| When will my card be posted? |
| Your card will be posted the next working day. |

| When will my card be delivered? |
| The Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of all First Class Mail the next working day. However, to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive on time. |
